Kevin M. Smith, Esq.
In 2003, Kevin graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has also earned an LLM degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Kevin served as a notes editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review and also received awards for his academic performance in research, analysis, and writing. Kevin performed his undergraduate studies at King’s College, graduating cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
Upon graduating law school, Kevin served four years as law clerk to the Honorable Nancy A. Vecchiarelli, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. After completing his clerkship, Kevin moved back to Northeastern Pennsylvania and entered private practice. He created The Law Offices of Kevin M. Smith, P.C. in January 2014.
Kevin is also a Pennsylvania-licensed title insurance agent and the President of Ultimate Abstract, LP, a company that provides real estate title and settlement services for buyers and lenders.
